Current Career Transition scenario:
After 9 years playing Senior Agile Project Manager role, I have decided to move up and transition to new role
called: SAFe Agile Coach. This isn´t a random change but instead, supported by all years and skills gathered by me
over the time in which I´m gonna be using to help implementing Scaled Agile framework into organizations.

As Senior Agile Project Manager, I have already applied all following highlighted skills from SAFe Agile Coach role,
supporting reason to my official transition:

Change Agent promoting Lean-Agile Mindset, Principles, Core Values to coach and mentor cross-functional teams.
In addition, using frameworks such as: SAFe, Scrum, XP and Kanban. -
Experience working in a fast-paced, under-pressure, dynamic environment while applying strong analytical and
problem-solving skills to resolve impediments, roadblocks and constantly measuring and reporting on progress. -
Supporting the creation of an implementation plan along the transformation backlog, helping organizations to re-visit
their processes to find Value Streams, and explaining how Agile Release Trains (ARTs) will be core to turn that vision
into reality. Not forgetting to help establish a Lean-Agile Centre of Excellence (LACE) and solid communication and
facilitation skills to run events like: Workshops, PI Plannings, IP Iteration, System Demo, etc. -
Collaboration, Negotiation, Problem-solving, Coordination and Leadership are other set of skills required to play role
of SAFe Agile Coach. -
Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, Trello, Kanban, Design Thinking are some of main tools and techniques
previously used including DevSecOps principles to support Continuous Delivery Pipeline. In addition, technical skills
are also required to give SAFe Agile Coach an understanding of software lifecycle.
