Hewlett-Packard (HP) was my dedicated client while I was working as Senior Agile Project Manager at an IT Consulting company called ADM Interactive OU.

Problem Statement
Every year, Hewlett-Packard (HP) runs a Black Friday followed by Cyber Monday Sales programs to take advantage of these 2 sales dates in the market to hit their e-commerce annual sales target for these 2 specific periods. Sales generated during these couple of days represents a major figure in HP´s revenue and because of that, preparation starts early every year and cover several aspects such as e-commerce website availability, security, and compliance, marketing campaigns, and support plan for any disruption or disaster situation(s).

Constraints
Due to following the sun support, ADM had a small team to cover 24x7 support to E-commerce on Black Friday and Cyber Monday, on top of regular daily activities going on.
Summarized Process Breakdown
1st. Step) Based on the previous year's E-commerce Black Friday and Cyber Monday programs, ADM Interactive and HP started to plan the current year's schedule.
2nd. Step) ADM had several other initiatives apart from HP to support the program, including following the sun support plan.
3rd. Step) Together, ADM and HP prepared a really good and feasible plan for that critical sales period.
Project Results
ADM and HP successfully went thru a flawless sales period, including follow-the-sun support ending up with a good conversion rate. E-commerce availability and stability increased by 80% as per the newest metrics in place.
