Moove Lubrificants is a multinational company from the Oil & Gas industry with a variety of lubrificants and grease products. They were one of my clients while I was working as Senior Agile Project Manager at an IT Consulting company called Semantix.

Problem Statement
My mission there was to help Moove Lub. create a data platform with a disruptive dashboard where the company could track several features from their range of products, customer support, etc including the ability to increase sales from different data platform insights.

Constraints
The initial constraint was the fact of anyone from IT consulting had worked with Oil & Gas (Lubrificants) core business before, so we had to jump into sessions with client to understand some nuances about their market, competitors, etc to deliver a cutting-edge platform.

Summarized Process Breakdown
1st. Step) Receive demand from client.
2nd. Step) Scheduled several calls between IT Consulting and Client where we were shown client demands, ideas, and needs for their new data platform.
3rd. Step) IT consulting discussed internally and started creating a mock version with basic functionalities, graphics, BI, etc, and presented to client.

Project Results
Client was very amazed and extended their data platform concept to additional 4 other internal business units, generating an increase of 400% in sales revenue to IT consulting and increasing client satisfaction by 100%. They´re still doing business with each other nowadays.
